The issue with dolby audio turning off constantly cannot be fixed. it is dolby's fault and much more acer's fault for choosing dolby which is not suitable for gaming laptops just for this reason. every time when the laptop connects to new voip, dolby audio will turn itself off. the best way to avoid this is by uninstalling dolby.. On my acer aspire 5755g dolby advanced audio v2 constantly turns off whenever i change program or change song in itunes, this never happened in windows 7 but it does in windows 10. i have unchecked the "allow applications to take exclusive control" but it has no effect.. Is it more secure to turn off personal computers after a day's work to avoid hackers? i turn off mine. i turn off mine. my wifi connection automatically turns off when i close the lid of my laptop..
