I've had a canon pixma mp990 for 3+ years and never had any problems with it (even tho i use much cheaper non-canon cartridges in it). silly me, i thought based on that and the decent reviews i saw for the mg5320 that it would be ok, too. just goes to show: a mannfacturer's printer quality is pretty much a crap shoot.. Canon pixma mg5320 printer won't print. ink tanks are full, but pages are blank. please help.. Source: printing blank pages hi wendy, this is known issue with canon printers. try the steps below. instructions. 1. remove all of the paper from the paper tray and slide the paper guides all the way to the side..

The new printer is going on over a year strong and does not suck up ink like the canon did. also the cartridges are reasonaly priced. buying to brand name ink doesn't break the bank now. it sucks that i had to toss my canon printer and buy a new one, but in the end i'm much happier.. I am having the same problem which started about one week ago with canon mg 5520, it will print some items but any ms word document will cause a sheet of paper to come out with no black printing (if there was color on the document, that will print) this is happening from both the hp desktop linked via usb cable and from toshiba laptop via wi-fi.. I have a canon pixma mg 5320. when i try to print the computer is communicating with the printer and it prints a blank page. the printer has paper and ink. what is wrong? the printer has paper and ink..
